Care Built to Fit Your Life
Not the other way around.
Morning or Afternoon Sessions
Pick the time that works with your job, school, or family — IOP runs 3 to 5 days a week, PHP runs 5.
Weekly One-on-One Therapy
A dedicated therapist who knows your history, not a rotating cast of strangers.
Psychiatry Built Into Your Care
Medication management from a provider on your actual treatment team — no separate referral, no runaround.
Weekly Family Support Group
A virtual session every week so the people who love you stay in the loop, wherever they live.
Evidence-Based Therapy (CBT & DBT)
Proven approaches that treat the thinking patterns behind the addiction, not just the addiction itself.
EMDR for Trauma
Available in individual sessions, for clients working through trauma that's tangled up with the addiction.
Treatment for the Whole Picture
Co-occurring anxiety, depression, or trauma treated alongside the addiction — not ignored, not treated separately.
Mindfulness-Based Practices
Practical tools for staying grounded, in session and in everyday life.
A Dietitian on Your Care Team
Because how you eat and how you feel in recovery are more connected than most programs acknowledge.
Most Major Insurance Accepted
Not sure what's covered? One quick, confidential call is all it takes to find out — our team handles the insurance conversation so you don't have to.
If It Brought You Here, There's a Program For It
Common Conditions
Alcohol & Substance Use
Structured outpatient care — IOP and PHP — for substance use, without stepping away from daily life.
Anxiety & Depression
Evidence-based therapy addresses the emotional weight that often drives or follows substance use.
Trauma
Trauma-informed care, including EMDR in individual sessions, to work through what's underneath the addiction.
Co-Occurring / Dual Diagnosis
Integrated care for mental health and substance use together — understanding the full picture, not treating symptoms in isolation.
Not a Program Template
You're Not Just Another Client Here
Your treatment plan is built around you, not a one-size-fits-all track. Our clinical team stays involved with you and your family throughout care, not just at intake. And when the program ends, alumni support keeps you connected — because recovery doesn't stop when treatment does.

Your Life Doesn't Have to Stop for Recovery
Private. Clinical. A team that treats the whole picture.
A Space That Actually Feels Safe
Private, comfortable, and nothing like a sterile waiting room — because how this place feels matters just as much as the care you get here.
Your First Step Doesn't Have to Be Scary
Three simple steps between where you are now and getting real support.
Reach Out, However You’re Ready
Call or fill out the form. Our admissions team listens first — no pressure, no commitment, just answers.

We check your benefits and walk you through exactly what's covered, in plain language.
Show Up and Meet Your Team

Questions You Might Be Afraid to Ask
You're not the first person to wonder about these.
Will I lose my job if I get help?
That fear stops a lot of people from reaching out. IOP was built for exactly this — morning and afternoon session options let you keep working while getting real treatment, instead of having to choose between the two.
What if my family finds out?
Your care is private. What you share with your treatment team stays between you and your team, the same as any other healthcare visit.
What if I've tried treatment before and it didn't work?
A lot of the people we work with have tried before. Treatment plans here are individualized, not one-size-fits-all — if group therapy alone hasn't worked for you before, weekly individual therapy and case management fill in what was missing.
Can I really keep going to school or caring for my family while in treatment?
Yes — that's the point of outpatient care. You attend a few days a week for a few hours a day, with your days tapering down as you progress, so treatment fits into your life instead of taking it over.
How long will I actually be here?
It depends on you, not a fixed program length. Your treatment plan is individualized, and your days taper down as you build stability — the goal is independence, not an open-ended commitment.
What if I'm not ready to admit I have a problem?
You don't have to have it all figured out before you call. A conversation with our team costs you nothing and commits you to nothing — it's just a chance to ask questions.
